Positiv: Fernseher mit vielen Möglichkeiten ausgestattet, sonst alles normal.. presileistung also super

Negativ: Couch sah ein wenig ausgenutzt aus und eine seite ist etwas kaputt.. man kann sich jedoch drauf hinsetzen... im bad funktioniert die heizung ganz gut jedoch ist eines der 2 heizstangen in 2 hälften gebrochen

Positiv: Well-equipped, spacious, generally clean, near the main station

Positiv: The place was great. Down the road were multiple grocery stores and on the opposite way a big park making it perfect for relaxing and having a picnic. Moreover the apartment is only 10 minutes away from the station making it easy to travel.

Negativ: The hallway is still under some renovation. Maybe a good paint job and some lights would help tie the atmosphere better.

Positiv: I really liked this apartment! Clean, nice, comfy also we had coffee and teas and it was a nice surprise. Details matter 🫶 thank you

Positiv: place like the same I live home. Simple house and don't need nothing extra. Only one thing what will be help to kitchen this microwave which don't have here. But all good.We have good time, Thanks for this 😊

Negativ: we don't have microwave, this not totally problem,but with this will be little better for make food warm. And washing machine don't have doors this little strange, we don't need for using,but this looks like someone take home, and first time we think with husband making photo for owners,what we not broken nothing and not take with us home this door But different problem we not see.

Positiv: Apartament- really good, comfy, everything u need is there, the location - also really good, 10 min by walk is some kind of main street and there is a metro - 5min and u are in a Center of vienna so this was a big plus

Negativ: The oven was broke, we had problem with turning this off because the oven knob fell off. Also sofa stank

Incredible value, comfortable and conveniently located.

Positiv: We were really pleased with our stay here. The apartment is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the U-Bahn and trams as well as supermarkets. I wasn’t sure how spacious a studio apartment would be for a family of four, but there was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The area was quiet. It was excellent value for money.

Negativ: Minor niggles were that there were only three bowls for four guests and the bathroom had a slight musty smell.

Good budget accomotation for a family or a company for a couple of nights in the center of Vienna.

Positiv: Location in the walking distance from the central station and metro station, shops and cafee around, facilities, kitchen equipment, heating - very important in january, big size TV.

Negativ: Some smell in the bathroom, but for the budget accomodation quite acceptable. Geeting in is another story - if you love to solve quests - this accomodation is definatly for you!)) Wi-Fi password was different than delared, but the owner replied quickly and the problem was closed.

Good place to plan a family stay.

Positiv: The location, the facility provided, as well the assistance given by the host whenever needed..

Negativ: The passage was too dark to come in and go out. The place needs some upgrades, like a knife in the kitchen, soap, better towels.. We had 3 different towels.

Positiv: location close to the center and correctness of the owner responding on my messages.
