Positiv: Die Wohnung ist gut Ausgestattet, sauber und die ist nicht weit von Bushaltestellen, U-Bahn Station oder Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Negativ: Gibt nichts zu meckern.

Positiv: Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche mit allen Utensilien. Hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit guten Tipps. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen.

Viennesian delight.

Positiv: Location was great, close to 3 stations including the main train station. The complex was super quiet and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Having a separate toilet is always an advantage and the place was decorated in a style that embraced Austrian/Vienna. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was handy as we like to cook our own food when we are away. Communication with the owner was easy and they went out of their way to assist us during our stay.

Negativ: We had to leave.

Great apartment for Vienna exploring

Positiv: Easy to find and get in. Very nice apartment, with stylish modern parts. Suited us perfectly.

Negativ: The metro is relatively near, so easy to get around. The neighbourhood isn't too inspiring, but hey.

Great price and comfortable apartment

Positiv: Good price for the size of apartment with everything we needed

Negativ: Would be good to have a toaster. The TV did not work either. Loud area too. But good value for money.

Positiv: The studio is in a great position, at a walking distance from the tram, train and underground stations, with a couple of shops nearby (even a shopping centre in the Columbus square). It was very clean and very well equipped, from cutlery to a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The hosts were really lovely! Great value for the price.

Negativ: The only thing would be that the couch wasn't the most comfortable, but maybe it's just me. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Positiv: The location was conveniently reachable on foot from the central station, which was great. Bed and couch were very comfy and I appreciated the lights switches, power sockets and night lights close to the bed. The owner was very responsive and accommodating prior to arrival, responding to questions quickly, providing a self-made city guide and arranging the possibility to store luggage prior to the actual check-in time. The flat itself has recently been renovated, tastefully decorated and overall suits most travelers' needs.

Negativ: I was missing a toaster and a couple of other kitchen/cooking utensils + spices. The electronic door lock wasn't very reliable and would often require multiple tries before actually locking properly (sometimes it was necessary to push the button on the inside and then quickly close the door from the outside). It was rather hot inside the flat and the temperature wouldn't go down, despite following the instructions to change it. At one point during our stay, the owner entered the flat without asking for our permission in order to fix a problem with the wifi (which wasn't really problematic, we had just disconnected the router at night and didn't plug it in the next day). While I appreciated the proactivity to fix a potential issue, I found it rather intrusive of him to enter the flat without our request or OK to do so and on such a short notice that wouldn't allow us to even be aware or object before it happened.

Positiv: We stayed in this apartment for three nights and were really impressed. The interior was great, with comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. It's in a nice area close to the metro, so it was convenient too. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Vienna.

Positiv: Квартира превосходная, всё сделано с любовью и заботой о прибывающих туристах. В квартире идеальная чистота! Мы наслаждались пребыванием в Вене и в квартире. Хозяева молодцы, всегда на связи, благодарю. Хороший район, чистый, выглядит достаточно безопасным, хоть и не далеко от Центрального вокзала. В 3 часа ночи шли до центрального вокзала и мы не испытывали страха, всё освещено и спокойно. До ближайшей станции метро идти около 5-7 минут. Во время следующей поездки в Вену выберу только этот вариант размещения 🫶🏻 P.S. в предыдущем отзывы писали об отсутствии освещения в подъезде, но на самом деле оно есть везде, стоит лишь включить его и нажать на выключатель ))
