Negativ: Fernseh geht nur über Internet .

Negativ: Toilette riecht trotz Sauberkeit Kein TV

Warm, comfortable, well located apartment

Positiv: Quiet, warm and really well located near principal station in Vienna. Super helpful landlady, I stayed here for seven weeks during a Work contract. Big shopping arcade just down the road and short distance to interesting food market and open spaces. Great connections into the town centre and out to Schönbrunn. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Negativ: Sofa was a little uncomfortable.

Great location in Meidling area, very well equipped apartment, friendly and helpful host

Positiv: Great location, few minutes walk from Meidling train and U-bahn stations and tram and bus stops also close by. Supermarket and Meidling centre close by. Apartment was very well equipped and a good size. It had everything you could possibly need for a family stay and plenty of towels. As the weather was hot the fans provided were much appreciated. The keys were easy to collect and the host was always available and quick to answer any questions or queries, polite and friendly in their communication both before arriving and once staying in the apartment.

Negativ: No Wi-Fi when we arrived as router wasn’t connected. The issue was quickly sorted after communication with host.

Positiv: Appartement très propre et très bien entretenu. Le logement est confortable, fonctionnel et conforme à la description. Emplacement idéal, à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités (commerces, transports, services) avec un hôte très réactif Séjour très satisfaisant, je recommande sans réserve. J'y retournerai sans hésiter

Positiv: Tiene todo lo que se necesita. Las estaciones de metro están muy cerca y se llega rápido al centro de Viena

Negativ: Una de las camas estaba dañada y no la pudimos usar.

Positiv: L'appartement est conforme aux photos, la literie est confortable et propre, tout comme le reste de l'appartement ! Les équipements de cuisine sont fonctionnels et pratique! Aussi l'appartement est proche du réseau de transport en commun ce qui est très pratique !

Negativ: En el baño no había gel de ducha tampoco schampoo ( lamentablemente me di cuenta cuando estaba bajo la ducha ) en la cocina no había ni una cápsula de café ( quizás será mucho pedir pero donde he ido lo he encontrado)

Positiv: Çamaşır makinasi ve 2 balkonu var. Park problemi olduğu için 1km ileride bir otoparka günlük 8 euroya aracimizi park ettik.toplu taşıma kullandık.uban istasyonu yürüme mesafesinde.

Negativ: Evdeki bazı eşyalar çok eski ve altları örümcek ağı dolu.iyi bir temizliğe ihtiyacı var
