Positiv: Umgebung mit vielen Angeboten, trotzdem ruhige Lage

Negativ: Die Möbel sind etwas abgenutzt, der große Tisch fühlt sich wackelig an. Das Schlafsofa ist ziemlich hart.

Excellent location of the property, the property have all the needs, quit neighborhood.

Positiv: Excellent location near the metro and train stations. The property support all you needs for stay. The kitchen is fully equipped so you only have to buy a food in stores that located near the property.

Negativ: Someone reading this should understand that this is a property, not a hotel. There is no room service or morning coffee in bed — you’ll need to prepare everything yourself. For me, it was excellent: the location is very good, with metro and train stations nearby. The property is also close to the city center, so most attractions can be reached on foot.

Pleasant stay!

Positiv: It was clean. It had all the amenities and it was nicely decorated. Noise free environment and comfortable apartment. Astrid is very kind.

Positiv: The place was comfortable and spacious. Had all the required amenities and was well located within walking distance from Westbahnhof station. Self check in was good.

Negativ: N/a

It was wonderful and should we return to Vienna, we'll try to book this place again.

Positiv: The apartment is tastfully, modern decorated, with a warm atmosphere. We were very close to all public transportation, Trollys, Westtrain Station and you could also walk to downtown in 20 minutes. The location could'nt be better. I can highly recommend this Apartment.

Negativ: We could haved used an extra bedsheet for the Sofa Bed. Outside of that I can't think of anything else that I didn't like.

Very comfortable stay in Vienna

Positiv: spacious rooms, close walking distance to all desired locations and public transport

Negativ: diffculty to park a car to unload/load luggage

Positiv: Molto accogliente, spazioso, pulito e vicinissimo a tutti i mezzi pubblici necessari per raggiungere le varie mete di Vienna. Eravamo due coppie di amici e ognuna è riuscita ad avere la propria privacy nonostante avessimo solo una camera da letto per una coppia, mentre l’altra ha occupato il divano letto in soggiorno. Tutto super, grazie!

Negativ: Unica (piccolissima) nota negativa, è che una parte del divano letto è veramente molto, molto dura, per tanto dormire lì è piuttosto scomodo, ma per qualche notte è fattibile.

Niets aan te verbeteren voor ons verblijf.

Positiv: Perfecte ruimte met mogelijkheden om even bij te komen na veel lopen in de stad. Locatie zeer goed. Ook leuk zo'n oud groot pand met appartementen aan oude gangen. Je voelt de historie van ooit. Prima badkamer en keuken. Voor 3 nachten een perfect gevonden plek! Aanrader.

Negativ: Vloer kraakte wat, maar geeft niet. Deur tussen slaapkamer en woonkamer rammelde, voor de nacht opgelost met doek ertussen.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα!

Positiv: Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο φωτεινό,ζεστό πολύ άνετος χώρος καινούργια έπιπλα. Τοποθεσία ιδανική κοντά σε μετρό τραμ. Είχε τα πάντα μέσα. Πολύ καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια 4-5 ατόμων.Σίγουρα το συστήνω.

Negativ: Τίποτα ηταν ολα τέλεια

Ottimo (a parte il parcheggio...)

Positiv: L'appartamento è splendido, pulito e davvero molto confortevole, l'host molto premurosa nel rispondere alle richieste. Abbiamo avuto un fastidioso contrattempo con l'auto ed è stata molto comprensiva alla nostra richiesta di allungare il checkout.

Negativ: Non mi è piaciuta la situazione parcheggi nelle vicinanze.... Impossibile trovare parcheggio sotto casa e i garage a pagamento vicini chiudono molto presto.... Bisogna girare un po' per trovare un garage che sia aperto fino alle 22 o alle 23.... Intorno ci sono parcheggi a pagamento che funzionano scaricando una app che però non funziona con telefono estero....
