Positiv: Eine gut ausgestatte Wohnung, der Gastgeber hat an alles gedacht, was man bräuchte.

Negativ: Wir haben den Fernseher vermisst und im Wohnzimmer die Beleuchtung war nicht ausreichend um Spiele zu spielen.😑

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, mit dem Charme von Alt-Wien - Parkettböden, geschnitzte Möbel, alter Kachelofen - und das gut kombiniert mit neuen, dezenten Elementen. Die Sanitärbereiche sind neu mit großer Duschkabine, Badewanne und einem separaten WC. Hohe Räume, die Türen wurden alt belassen - die wunderschöne Atmosphäre einer Wiener Altbauwohnung! Das vordere Zimmer geht auf die Linzer Straße hinaus, was bei geschlossenem Fenster aber kaum hörbar ist. Das hintere Zimmer ist auch bei offenem Fenster ruhig. Für zwei oder drei Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet, es sind zwei Doppelbetten vorhanden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da ich in der Goldschlaggasse zu tun hatte. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Die vorherige Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Negativ: Das Bett war für uns unbequem, aber das ist immer eine sehr subjektive Angelegenheit und hängt davon ab, was man gewohnt ist. Eine zusätzliche Beleuchtung beim Badezimmerspiegel wäre toll!

Positiv: -close to Schonbrunn and metro station -spacious, comfortable and charming -well equiped kitchen

Negativ: -the wooden floorings need some maintenance in some areas but it wasn't an inconvenient

Spacious, clean and quiet

Positiv: The apartment is spacious, clean, and quiet. Relatively close to the metro and well connected to the city centre. A short walk away from Schönbrunn Palace. Has essential housewares.

Negativ: There was some miscommunication between the host and the housekeeping staff, which led to me having to deal with housekeepers ringing the doorbell and explaining that I did not need to check out.

Positiv: We had a wonderful stay at Lali’s apartment — it was even more exquisite than we expected. Every detail reflects a refined artistic flair, from the carefully chosen furniture to the beautiful fabrics that give the space a warm, elegant touch. The Bathtub was a special treat after long days exploring the city. This apartment truly felt like a part of Vienna’s rich heritage of history and art. It added so much to our overall impression of the city. Thank you, Lali, for sharing this inspiring space!

Negativ: The instruction how to get the key is not clear. It is written that I should find the lock box as the picture attached, but in reality there was no picture attached. This, however, is a very minor point and everything else is so perfect and more than make up for this.

Positiv: very nice stay. the apartment is very comfortable.

Negativ: Check in is very late and check out is too early, if check out before 12 it would be much better. Also, when we stay, no WIFI, not very convenient.

Positiv: Чудові, зручні, теплі та затишні апартаменти в старовинному будинку Відня. Гарне розташування (кілька хвилин пішки до зупинки трамваю, електрички та метро), поруч продуктові магазини та кав'ярні. В помешканні є все необхідне для проживання та приготування їжі. Зручні ліжка. Нова сантехніка. Власник завжди на зв'язку, в разі питань швидко відповідає. Вдячні за надані послуги. Рекомендуємо.

Positiv: This room was beautifully decorated with an elegant antique style that gave it a unique charm. The bathtub was especially lovely and perfect for a relaxing soak. The space felt very cozy, warm, and comfortable throughout the stay. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

Negativ: No working internet

Warm cozy stay

Positiv: We loved our stay here. It was homely, clean and beautiful. The kitchen plus bath concept that was a surprise. But added to the quirky charm of the place. It is really accessible, has a small store downstairs for essentials run and is close to schonbrunn palace it’s only 1 km away. We spent majority of our time there so was pleasant. And uber is like 2 mins away at all times at any of the day even post midnight. As we were short of time in our 4 nights stay couldn’t use the public transportation much. Be prepared to haul your luggage up 2 flight of stairs but that’s Europe for you.

Negativ: Some of the cabinets in the bedroom are show pieces so we couldn’t use that space to store our stuff

Positiv: Апартаменты расположены в старинном, красивом, ухоженном доме. Для остановки небольшой семьёй (в пределах 4 чел) подходит. В пешеходной доступности от Schloß Schönbrunn.

Negativ: Не хватило стиральной машинки, вероятно была в ремонте. Метро далековато.
