Positiv: Wohnung war Ok. Sauber ordentlich. Der Bäcker im EG war natürlich ein glücklicher Umstand :-)
Negativ: Bitte mal die Badlampe reparieren und die Dusche läuft nicht ab! Noch ein Hinweis für andere Mieter.... nicht die Tiefgarage Gumpendorfer Straße 89 nutzen! Die ist so eng, funktioniert nur mit Kleinwagen!

Schöne große Whg, der ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit gut tun würde
Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und sauber, die Fenster schalldicht und die Lage top (mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür). Billa gleich um die Ecke, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Nach tel. Rücksprache konnten wir bereits mittags einchecken.
Negativ: Kein TV! Kein Toilettenpapier (zum Glück gibt's gegenüber einen Bipa). Das Licht über dem Spiegel im Bad besteht aus einer nackten, schwachen Glühbirne. Es gibt kein Nachttischlicht, mit dem man lesen könnte. In einem Schlafzimmer lag eine Holzleiter auf dem Schrank. Mitte Oktober war noch keine Heizung an (zum Glück war es mild). Ein Tablett wäre hilfreich, um Geschirr von der Küche an den Esstisch zu transportieren. Ein Toaster und etwas mehr als zwei Teelöffel wären nett. Die Vorhänge in einem Schlafzimmer dunkeln nachts nicht ab. Mülltrennung ist ohne Einweisung (was, wie, wohin?) und mit nur einem Mülleimer nicht möglich.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Positiv: Super Lage, Bus direkt vor der Haustür. 10 Minuten Fahrt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Supermärkte und zahlreiche Restaurants nebenan. Schöne Altbauwohnung, hell und sehr geräumig. Alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt!

Great HQ to visit Vienna!
Positiv: It was a very easy in & out process. We stayed for a week, so it was important for us to have a comfortable place with enough space for three even if we wanted to have some me-time at the same moment, and this property delivered that. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bath tub and rain shower were both used, and it was nice to have a large table and a couch where we could hang out. The property is 5-8 minutes walking distance to 3 different metro lines, and it is a breeze to get to the city and back. There are a ton of restaurants offering different cuisines (Thai, Vietnamese, Turkish, Japanese, Italian etc.) in walking distances, some right by the property. The double windows provided as much noise cancellation as one can get in a city. The neighbors were quiet, except a Saturday party, but come on, it's the weekend and that's ok. We loved the place and Claudia was very responsive as well.

Positiv: This spacious apartment has an excellent location in the Mariahilf district, very close to Mariahilfer Straße with many shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also easy to reach public transport and the main sights of Vienna. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable.

Un posto in cui tornare
Positiv: Struttura meravigliosa, è un vero e proprio appartamento con due camere da letto, cucina e bagno. Confortevole, esteticamente curato e attento ai bisogni dei clienti
Negativ: Consiglierei un piumone matrimoniale invece che due singoli, per chi vuole dormire col proprio compagno

Positiv: Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο για μία οικογένεια ακριβώς από κάτω έχει στάση λεωφορείου που σε 10 λεπτά είσαι στο κέντρο της βιέννης θα ξαναπηγέναμε
Negativ: Αρκετά καθαρό δεν είχε τηλεόραση και τα φωτιστικά ήτανε διαλυμένα

Positiv: Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti e zona non troppo turistica. La casa era completa di tutti i servizi e con un'atmosfera calda.
