Happy with our choice

Positiv: The apartment was well equipped, had a nice atmosphere, lots of natural light and in a good location.

Negativ: Our only issue was that the heating didn't work in the toilet so it was very cold

Handy to U system and Schonenbrunn Palace

Positiv: Clean, warm, compact, everything that was needed was supplied.

Negativ: The many steps and the thin walls with neighbouring apartment.

Warm and cozy apartment situated in great location

Positiv: Upon your arrival the landlord shares with you a youtube video showing you how to enter and locate the studio. Don't forget to watch the video, it helps. Code for the front building door and studio door is shared 24 hours before your arrival. Loved the brightness and comfortable bed. It was clean and tidy Even though it was almost 0 degrees outside, the studio was super warm, I was walking with T-shirt. Wifi is good. Great location, metro 5 min, bus stop was 2 min, there are bakeries & restaurants nearby, and Billa or Spar for shopping. Kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave and coffee machine.

Negativ: Hmmm nothing major, maybe only 2 points that are good to mention: - The toilet is separated with a window, which makes it difficult to warm up so be aware if you are visiting during winter, you can leave it open but it does cool down the studio. You can feel the difference if you close the door. - the walls are thin, so be aware that your neighbors can hear you if you play music or talk loud. This applies as well if they are making noise.

Noice, wouldrecommend

Positiv: The clenliness and the facilities, the apartment has everything it needs. I would recommmed it and come back.

Negativ: It was a bit cold

Positiv: Locația relativ aproape de centru,la circa 10-15minute de haus des meeres,mers pe jos,4 stații cu metroul de gradina zoo.O locație buna,chiar daca avut micile inconveniente.

Negativ: Toaleta se afla in partea opusa băii(cele 2 fiind cumva localizate pe diagonala) ,fara a exista măcar o chiuveta, pentru a te putea spala pe maini,iar caloriferul din toaleta nu funcționa,deci puțin cam friguleț cat stăteai inauntru.Si senzorul de perimetru de pe holul de acces,nu știu cum se făcea că se tot aprindea peste noapte,devenind puțin cam neplăcut,până te lua somnul.In rest...a fost ok,copiilor chiar le-a plăcut,nemaivrand sa plece.
