Positiv: Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. U-Bahnhof in der Nähe und schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

Negativ: Ausstattung der Küche recht dünn, aber wie beschrieben. Wohnung könnte einmal wieder eine Renovierung vertragen, ist aber o.k.

Amazing location near metro!

Positiv: Location was fantastic! Metro and tram are 6 minutes away and almost everything is 3-5 stations away from the apartment. Beds were confortable and the apartment was very spacious. Also customer service was quick and helpful.

Negativ: The apartment needs a bit of refreshing.

Positiv: It was in a convenient location and was spacious and well equipped.

Negativ: Some of the furnishings are a little ‘tired’ and a guest book with some details about the utilities and the area would have been good.

Positiv: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was perfectly maintained, easy to access and find. Location is very convenient - close to main transportation, so getting to the center was quick and easy, but walking is also an option. There are many facilities nearby like bars, grocery stores and cafes. The space itself is very comfortable, especially for two couples, with a large living area that makes it great to relax and chill inside as well.

Negativ: The bedrooms face the street, so it can get noisy if you open the windows, especially since there’s no AC and you may need fresh air in hot weather. For us, earplugs solved it easily, but very light sleepers might want to keep this in mind.

Perfect for one family of 4-5 ppl

Positiv: The apartment is great for one family, spacious and equipped with all needed. Check in is easy and close to city center.

Negativ: I would suggest to add the correct address in the booking. When I initially copy the address from booking in Google map, it directs me to the other location in city center. And then I found the correct one in the message after we went to the wrong location. However, the apartment itself was great.

Positiv: Our recent stay in Vienna was fantastic from start to finish. The accommodation was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location made it easy to explore the city. We appreciated the smooth check-in process and the host’s clear, friendly communication. The neighborhood felt safe and lively. Pay attention, shops are closed Saturday! All amenities worked perfectly, and we found everything we needed for a pleasant city break. Large nice bathroom. We’d definitely choose this place again for future trips to Vienna and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base in the city. Parking car place is nearby, if you come by car.

A well decorated and spacious apartment, with easy access to the metro

Positiv: The property was lovely, spacious and clean and was decorated to a high standard. The building was also very secure and the owner explained the entry procedure very clearly. I had initially thought, however, that the location would be a problem, due to the fact that it was a little further out of the main central area, than we had anticipated, however, we soon got the hang of the metro, which was just down the road and also found some local shops and restaurants, around the corner from the accommodation, which were very handy. A most enjoyable stay!

Negativ: The property was slightly further out of town, than we had anticipated.

Positiv: The apartment is close to the metro. Everything you need is within walking distance. Very communicative place. Everything was perfect.

Positiv: The apartment is located near the metro and tram stations, 15 minutes away from the center. Easily to arrive from the airport too. You can find supermarkets around, everything is accesible. Our stay was perfect!

Positiv: We was stay a few days at Vienna. This experience was joyful for us. I also was really pleased to stay here. The host was very interest for everything. There was everything that we needed. Especially, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Thanks for everything.
