Schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist total schön und sehr gut gelegen. U-Bahn und Tram sind entspannt zu Fuß erreichbar. Der 6. Bezirk ist aber auch total cool. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Negativ: Die Dusche ist zwar sehr schick, aber leider so konzipiert, dass beim Duschen der Boden außerhalb der Duschzelle total schnell sehr nass ist.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Positiv: Die Nähe zur Ubahn Station. Modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Positiv: Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war gut.

Positiv: Gute Lage nahe der UBahn und auch zu Fuß nicht weit zur Mariahilfer Straße. Geräumig und komfortabel. Problemloser Check-in

Negativ: Das Bad ist etwas dunkel, da könnte man stärkere Glühbirnen verwenden.

Positiv: Preis-Leistung top 👍 U-Bahn Station in unmittelbarer Nähe Mariahilfer Str. ca in 10 Min zu Fuss erreichbar

Positiv: Ohne Frühstück gemietet die Lage ist optimal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Unterkunft und hervorragende Service.

Positiv: Ist groß und geräumig. Super Lage nähe Ubahn. Fön, Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtücher war alles vorhanden

Negativ: Boden war nicht ganz sauber, aber war nicht störend. Die Kissen waren meiner Meinung nach etwas hart.

Lovely apartment on great location, and connections to the centre, even on walking distance.

Positiv: This is not my first time staying at this property as it provides everything I need when I am working remotely or coming for a couple of days in Vienna - great location, kitchen, big bed, TV, couch, etc. I will be coming back in the future. Getting to the apartment is super easy as it is well connected from all the locations by trains, trams or buses. Walking distance to supermarkets, good restaurants, and even center (like 25 minutes walk). Getting into the apartment is also very easy, host provides all necessary information.

Negativ: Everything is good, however, if the host could finally provide at least 2 proper, better quality sleeping cushions on bed - that would be great, and having at least 2-3 bigger shower towels would make the overall experience better. Even if you are staying 3 days, 2 shower towels should be required, and appropriate. These are just kind recommendations for making the overall stay and experience more perfect.

Positiv: Amazing place, felt like home. It was clean and comfortable. Very spacious apartment with high ceilings.Wonderful location, near restaurants, bars and transportation.

Negativ: Maybe a problem for some people to keep in mind - because of the key location the street is busy with cars and if you need to open a window it will be a little noisy when they pass.

Great place for couples

Positiv: Good location, just 5mins from metro and tram. Overall clean property, comfortable beds and kitchen with necessary items for cooking.

Negativ: Dish drying rack would be nice to have.
