Compact Studio Near Center by HM

Für meine geplanten Besuche (6. u 5.Bez) sehr gute Lage in sauberen preiswerten Appartement

Positiv: Liegt sehr nahe an der U-Bahn. Sehr sauber und ruhig, liegt im Erdgeschoß eines Innenhofes. Ausgang zur Wienzeile oder Mollartgasse möglich.

Negativ: Aufgrund der Größe ist der laufende Kühlschrank natürlich hörbar am Bett. Wer einen Ausblick oder Sonne durchs Fenster sucht ist hier fehl am Platz.

Positiv: perfect studio, as described. great location - well connected. the studio had everything you need. amazing experience.

We really liked the location, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided.

Positiv: Convenient location, not far from the center if you walk. Also, there are stores and fast food places nearby. Trams, buses, and trains are just a 3-minute walk away, so it's very easy to get wherever you need to go.

Negativ: First of all, there's a smoke detector in the room. I understand it's necessary, but it's quite disturbing for sleep because it blinks in the dark and lights up the whole room. Secondly, when we stayed there, the neighbors above us were running, stomping, and making noise until 2–3 in the morning. Also, a suggestion for the future: it would be good to either replace the mattress or the bed, because during the night we kept sliding into the gap between the mattress and the wall.

Positiv: Good location near u-bahn stop (5 minute walk). Property was clean, comfortable and everything was good quality. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Negativ: Pillows were small and a little thin/uncomfortable.

We had a very lovely stay.

Positiv: It had enough space to put down things in the bathroom, there was a small table, there was a bench next to the window, the room was not on a busy street, so it was quiet.

Positiv: Really close to the metro and to the center, good quality/price

Negativ: Even though they are not mandatory I would had appreciate salt, oil and soap for the dishes.

Ideal quiet apartment near the metro and downtown Vienna

Positiv: The apartment was ideal for 2 people, really warm and comfortable, with all important amenities, and just a few steps away to the metro U4 that would take you to downtown Vienna. Mariahilfer Straße, one of the most beautiful streets for shopping and strolling around was also 15 min. away on foot. Bakeries, supermarkets and eateries/restaurants were also really close and made our stay ideal. Communication with the management agency was really quick and friendly. We would definitely recommend it for your stay in Vienna!

Negativ: It would be nice if there were (more) coffee capsules and essentials like sugar, salt and pepper provided, as well as an extra pair of towels since there is no cleaning provided during the stay. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing too serious. It would be the perfect apartment if you fixed these small details.

Positiv: Compact and clean apartment with good connections in Vienna. Metro was close so everything was easily reachable

Overall very good experience for the price, would reccomend. 👍

Positiv: Nice place near city center, calm location. We were able to park right in front of the house.

Negativ: Stove top was a little bit slower (less powerfull) and bed was a bit narrower than we would like.

Positiv: Really comfortable, clean and cosy apartment, not far from metro station. Hosts were friendly and communicative. Would keep in mind for my next trip to Vienna and would recommend other.

Negativ: Everything was clean and ready my staying. Bathroom sink was a bit clogged, I think.
