Positiv: Die Nähe zur Stadthalle. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Typischer Wiener Altbau Charme.

Negativ: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen

Positiv: Wohnung war schön und sauber , Kaffeemaschine usw. Top Lage

Negativ: Keine Park Möglichkeit vor dem Apartmenthaus . Es war etwas kalt in der Nacht.

Positiv: Super Lage, tolle Ausstattung, Kaffeepads und Teebeutel in der Küche.

Negativ: Die Ausziehcouch ist ein bisschen kaputt. Bitte reparieren.

Positiv: Sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt.

Negativ: Unbequeme, feste und große Kopfkissen.

Positiv: A really nice apartment on a quiet street. All of the windows are overlooking an inner yard. Comfy bed and sofa, TV with streaming services, a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, the water pressure in the shower is good. There's a Billa and other shops nearby. It's not that close to the city center, but you can easily get there by bus/tram! There is no air conditioning, but all of the windows are facing an inner yard, so the apartment didn't get hot. If needed, there's a fan provided, but we didn't feel the need to use it!

Negativ: The door handle on the inside of the front door of the apartment was loose, but we were careful and didn't have issues with it. Of course, we informed the host.

A nice place to explore Viena from as a family

Positiv: Apartment is nicely located next to a park and near to many shops (a big Billa Plus is 200m away). Subway and busses are close by, we went to Schonbrun and the center of town very easily The room itself is spacious, a big couch that fits 4-5 people and a reasonable size bed is available. There's a very very good check-in experience (personalized link and step by step guides). Team was quick and available, we liked everything We really appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher was a nice touch. The smart TV was relatively new, I could login to my
