Positiv: - modernes sauberes sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment - sehr unkomplizierter Check in, sogar vor 15h möglich - gute Lage, nah an der U-Bahn - gut ausgestattete Küche - sauberes modernes Badezimmer

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sowie das Schlafsofa sind eine hochwertige Qualität und darum bequem. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Der einzige Hacken ist, es gibt im Bad und auf der Toilette keinen Handtuchhacken ;-)

Alles in Ordnung

Positiv: Schlüsselübergabe durch eine Box mit Code an der Türe. Hat sehr gut geklappt und wir waren deshalb zeitlich unabhängig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es waren genügend Decken und Handtücher vorhanden. Eine Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeekapseln wurden auch bereitgestellt.

Negativ: Die Wohnung verfügt, anders als angegeben, nicht über zwei Schlafzimmer, sondern über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, welches direkt mit der Eingangstür verbunden ist. Das Sofa war zum schlafen sehr hart.

Positiv: Große helle Wohnung, alles hat neu gewirkt, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc.) bequemes Bett und Schlafsofa, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, ruhige Lage, dennoch nur ein paar Minuten zur Fuß zur U-Bahn, sehr zu empfehlen! 😀

Positiv: The open space is amazing, and the main room feels really cozy. It’s very spacious, and if you’re staying for a couple of days, you truly don’t need anything more than that.

Negativ: For us, the bathroom was the main issue. It’s not that we didn’t like it, but we would recommend adding a glass panel to the shower, as water splashes onto the door. Because of this, the door gets wet and there is visible mold on the wooden surface. This seems like a simple fix. The bedroom window faces another wall, which felt a bit claustrophobic for us, but it is what it is. We would also recommend providing some dishcloths for drying dishes.

A lovely place for remote work and exploration of Vienna

Positiv: The flat was even more convenient for a short remote work stint than I had expected. The table is sturdy and big, so two people can comfortably work at it for the whole day. The WiFi was reliable, and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and well-rested. I loved both the location (public transport close by) and the flat itself. Watching a movie from the sofa at the end of a long sightseeing day was a wonderful bonus. :)

Negativ: I enjoyed everything about this place. The fridge was a bit on the smaller side but that is not a big issue and it fits nicely in the kitchen. We took a while to figure out how the stovetop worked and the host helped us via messages and we finally got it.

Positiv: Quiet, comfortable and clean apartment. We were very pleased that we chose this apartment. The owner of the apartment was helpful and communication was fast.

Positiv: A big apartment near the city center and 2 minutes walk from a bus station. There was a good sound proofing. Good commumication with the host.There was a coffee machine,tea,fridge,iron-everything that you need for a longer stay.

Negativ: I didn't like the view from the bedroom.

Positiv: Cleaning service was prompt and professional. The location, restaurant, and easy self-check-in and check-out were all convenient. The apartment is spacious and suitable for a small family and a quiet place. Highly recommended.

Positiv: Flexible and responsive host. Clean and modern facilities. Comfortable and quiet with great wifi it was a great remote working location. Super near supermarkets and public transport options.

Negativ: The kitchen has everything you need but is a little small, so worktop space is very limited. I also hadn't realised there was no oven but that's no huge issue with a microwave and stove top.
