Sehr gute Lage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Appartement in guter Lage zu ÖPNV.
Positiv: die Schlüsselübergabe war eigentlich unkompliziert- ich habe aber kein mechanisches, sondern ein elektronisches System erwartet und habe mich deshalb schwer getan. Eigentlich war alles gut beschrieben
Negativ: das fensterlose Schlafzimmer.

Positiv: Die Lage war gut, kurzer Fussweg zu Bus oder Strassenbahn, gleich ausserhalb der Innenstadt. Dennoch liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt.
Negativ: Der zur Ausstattung gehörende Haartrockner war defekt. Es ist eine Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden, jedoch kein Pulver oder Tabs, um die Maschine zu verwenden.

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Kurzurlaub, um Wien zu entdecken.
Positiv: Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche), gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, einfacher Self-Check-in.
Negativ: Leider ist das schöne Apartment nicht sehr gut geputzt und recht ungepflegt.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Wien
Positiv: Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Zimmer waren sehr gut. Es war genug an Materialien für den Haushalt vorhanden. Alles war von vorne sehr gut erklärt.
Negativ: Das Badezimmer war leider zu eng und direkt an dem Schlafzimmer, was nicht so praktisch für die schlafenden Personen im Zimmer war.

Great location and a very positive overall experience.
Positiv: The owner provided clear and detailed information about check-in, the stay, and public transport — thank you very much! The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. There is a public transport stop nearby with easy access to the city center. Supermarkets like Billa and Spar are close, as well as OMA pizzeria with very tasty pizza. We stayed in winter, and the apartment was warm and cozy.
Negativ: The toaster was not working. Also, the shower curtain was a bit short and there was no shower barrier, so some water spilled onto the floor.

Good value for money and location, overall a great stay in Vienna.
Positiv: Everything was great. The owner provided very detailed information with helpful tips about parking, public transport, and more. Great location — it’s a nice 30-minute walk to the city center. There’s a paid parking and a big supermarket just 5 minutes away.
Negativ: The apartment was generally clean, but the kitchen appliances could use more attention — the oven and microwave were dirty, and the fridge had an unpleasant smell.

Positiv: Location, not downtown but about 1km from museum district , very accessible and comfortable if you have a car.
Negativ: Shower overflowed and water got everywhere because drain was clogged, had to unclog myself and it was nasty.

Positiv: Lovely apartment, super quiet. Close to public transport, but a solid 2.5km to walk to sights. (This is clear in description)
Negativ: Slightly far from Inner Stadt but that is stated in description. Bathroom is a bit small. Must ask host to clarify apartment pictures. Unsure which unit has balcony.

Positiv: Szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman, okos Tv -vel. Egyszerű a bejutás a kapuban lévő kulcszéfben van a kulcs. 5 percre van a Lugner City mindenféle vásárlási lehetőséggel, szintén 5 percre a Stadthalle, ahol mi koncerten voltunk.
Negativ: A fürdőszoba nagyon pici. A lépcsőházból nagyon behallatszanak a hangok.
