Charming Apartment near Prater

Positiv: Geräumige, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage (nahe U2). Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Gerne wieder!

Positiv: Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. U2 und U1 in der Nähe. Am Wochenede kostenlos Parken direkt vor der Tür. Ab Montag dann in einer güstigen Garage 400m entfernt (Völkerstrasse). 6€/Tag mit BMove App

Negativ: Gestank im Treppenhaus, aber da können sie nichts dafür...

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Wien 2

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit der Ausstattung waren wir zufrieden. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit.

Positiv: Es war wie auf den Bildern.Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Negativ: Es war früh etwas laut,da die Wohnung ein bissl hellhörig ist (von Wohnung drüber und von der Schule nebenan).

Wir werden bestimmt beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Wien, wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Apartment war sauber, sodass man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat.

Very nice apartment, super clean, spacious and well located

Positiv: All in all, very nice, with big rooms, well located, and super clean. The apartment has a very big kitchen, living room, and bedroom, all well furnished and equipped. The beds are very comfortable and big, it was truly a joy to sleep in those beds. Everything was very clean, and every detail was taken care of, there were no noisy neighbours and the central heating was rather good. The kitchen was very well equipped, so that one could prepare some meals without inconveniences. The location was rather nice, very close to Prater park, about 15 minutes walk, and 25 mins walk to the city centre. Around the apartment itself there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from which I highly recommend exploring.

Negativ: The only negative thing during our visit was that the elevator crashed twice, but it was not a big deal. As a means of improvement, during the winter season, maybe a small electric heater would be appreciated, despite the central heating being quite good.

Positiv: The place has a great location. It is near the Prater and 3 subway stations. It is only 20 minutes to Stephan's platz by foot. There are lidl,billa, spar stores nearby. The host was very kind. We have asked to buy water for us as we arrived very late.

Negativ: The sink in the bathroom is not comfortable. It is very small.

Positiv: We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — very close to the metro and tram stops, which made it easy to get around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Well maintained apartment

Positiv: Very spacious and clean apartment. Kitchen is quite big. Well connected to public transport. Malka was very prompt in replying , I had good interaction with her during my stay.

Negativ: The building is but old and there is foul smell as soon as you enter the building. But in apartment , there is no smell.

Great apartment on a good place

Positiv: Very nice and modern apartment, very close to public transport and Prater, big rooms. very comfortable beds and sofa.
