Für den Preis unschlagbar

Positiv: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fast unschlagbar. Wir haben einen Kurztrip übers Wochenende gemacht. Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht mit der U Bahn so gut wie alles, Supermärkte sind auch gleich in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir haben uns auch noch in der Nacht in dieser Gegend sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sauber und die Lage ist ruhig.

Negativ: Der Check out ist schon ziemlich früh, aber die Koffer kann man dafür eh leicht am Bahnhof in einem Spind verstauen.

Positiv: Location was very good and apartment owner was very friendly, valued what I paid for.

Positiv: The guy was very attentive. He helped me set up the TV since I don't speak German. The apartment was 10/10.

Ok but could be better

Positiv: The location was great, close to attractions, train station, easy access to airport by train (we have paid £2 per person for airport trip) few shops, markets, and pub & restaurant around

Negativ: Such a nice flat missing love. Don’t have a big expectation about the flat itself. The furnitures was out dated but comfy and kitchen area & facilities are not satisfying. It is an old building so has some general cleaning issues. It was ok for us as we only stayed two nights and ate outside. Clean bed sheets & hot water for shower and clean bathroom, all we needed.

worth this price

Positiv: location is perfect, easy access to any kind of transport, 15 min walking from center, variety of groceries around apartment was clean and host was nice

Negativ: wish there was more towels, we had only 1 mid size shower towel for each no basic things like soap or salt/sugar

Positiv: It is spacious appartment on the great location, only 3 metro stations from the centre of the city! Everything is very near and easy to visit, so for this price you cannot find better for sure! The host is also nice person.

Positiv: Дуже чисто. Усе новеньке. Все зроблено зі смаком і любов'ю. Власники дуже доброзичливі, але не нав'язливі.

Negativ: На кухні немає мікрохвильовки. Духовка на дровах (це не зовсім недолік - цікава пригода...). Люстра на кухні занадто низько і не регулюється - вітався з нею своєю головою щодня.

We had a very nice stay. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time there.

Positiv: The location was very good. It was easy to walk to the city centre or reach the metro station. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Negativ: The toilet and shower could be a bit more cleaner. The blanket wasn't warm enough, but that's more a matter of personal preference.
