CALM & EASY by JR City Apartments

Positiv: Super Lage, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, schnelle Rückmeldung des Vermieters bei Fragen und netter Kontakt, unkomplizierter Check-in

Negativ: Etwas gründlicher staubsaugen wäre super gewesen (der Teppich war etwas schmutzig) und Staub könnte auch mal wieder gewischt werden, aber im Großen und Ganzen war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung.

Positiv: The apartment is really cosy and spacious enough. Very comfortable beds. Good location. Easy self check-in and check-out. Overall the stay was really good.

Perfect for a traveling stay.

Positiv: Location and that it was equipped with everything that you might need when travel.

Negativ: When we first entered the apartament it was a strange smell of mold.

Overall, for an apartment in this location, it's an ideal option for budget accommodation.

Positiv: ideal combination of price and quality. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and ready to help, thank you :)

Negativ: The smell of a non-ventilated room (but you quickly adapt to it) and an electric stove that lives its own life; sometimes it took two hours to prepare breakfast :)

Positiv: The location is very convenient! Nice neighbourhuud with shops and restaurants nearby. The station for direct train to the Airport is 10 min away.

Positiv: Everything was fine. Even was very warm in the room so we had to reduce the heater.

Negativ: I just didn't like the coffee machine. Don't get me wrong the machine is very good. One of the best. Just the nearest store to get capsules is 1.5km. away and you have only 3 on first day. So I couldn't use it. Everything else was fine. My opinion is that the coffee machine need to changed or the owner should leave enough capsules for full staying.

Worth the price! Cosy and warm central apartment for a winter get-away

Positiv: The location was excellent. In a very nice neighbourhood, secure, well-served with public transportation. The apartment was very cosy. Albeit small, it had everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed there. The house is well-heated for the winter time, as is the floor itself. The bed is comfortable enough and the outside/neighbours are quiet. Everything was very clean.

Negativ: Three small details, which did not take away from the overall very positive experience: - we saw two ants which entered through a small opening in the floor's mosaic in the bathroom. - the package of sugar had humidity/mold spots (could have been replaced). - the bathroom air extractor, after running for a while, let into the apartment a weird smell. We did not use it again.

Positiv: It was a small house but had everything you needed. The location is very good. You can reach the city center by tram or by walking. The host Rene was very helpful. Thank you for your interest:)

Enjoyable stay with a helpful host and a convenient location

Positiv: The host was incredibly polite and catered to all my needs and questions, making me feel very welcome. The check-in and key-receiving process was exceptionally smooth, and I really appreciate the host's efforts in this regard. Additionally, the location is highly convenient, being just a 2-minute walk from the tram and a 10-minute walk from the metro

Negativ: The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, which caused us to wake up sometimes during the night. Additionally, there was no electricity plug or bedside table near the bed, meaning we had to either keep our devices nearby or leave them charging on the table.

Positiv: A very good location, close to the city centre, groceries, bakeries, Lidl...It is a very quiet apartment with clean linen, towels, very comfortable bed, equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Rene, the host speaks English so the communication was perfect.
