Positiv: Lage St gut, recht sauber, alles nötige zu Hand, ruhig, , freundlicher Besitzer.

Negativ: Gasheizung etwas unverständlich für uns und troknet die Luft, aber so ist es in Altbau.

Positiv: The hostess was very nice and sensitive to any of our questions. The whole apartment was clean and well equipped. We were pleased with tea, coffee, milk and even fruits. WiFi works properly The location is very good and close to the historical Nothing center of Catania, a fish market, etc. There are a lot of places for free parking. We asked our hostess to save for us the date 📅 when we are coming again at the end of August. I strongly recommend that apartment to stay for any period of time

Overall the apartment is great for its price!

Positiv: The apartment was clean and already warm when we arrived! Also, way bigger than we expected! It had all the necessities! The location was great, close to everything we could possibly need.

Positiv: The apartment was very clean and warm. It had hot water blankets and towels. The location was great and very close to metro and tram stations. Only negative is the bathrooms condition which is not ideal but it's fully functional and there is hot water. Great value for money all in all if you're looking for something affordable and don't mind an older building. The host was also very helpful and communicative.
