Positiv: Leider war in meinem Apartment das Warmwasser abgestellt worden. Nach einer kurzen Nachricht an den Anbieter über Booking hatte ich allerdings innerhalb weniger Minuten ein neues Apartment bekommen, das zudem deutlich größer war. Sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung, gute Bahnanbindung und eine gutes Preis-/Leistungs Verhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Positiv: Das Appartement ist renoviert, hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. An der Ausstattung fehlt es nichts. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage fußläufig prima zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist in einer Minute erreicht.
Negativ: Der mehrspurige Straßenlärm ist störend während der Nacht leider auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern.

Top Appartement, jederzeit wieder
Positiv: neu renoviertes Appartement im 4.OG, sehr große Zimmer und besonders großes Badezimmer, Sauberkeit war hervorragend, Babybett ohne Zusatzkosten, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Küche mit voller Ausstattung inkl. Geschirrspüler und Tabs, Kaffeetabs waren auch vorhanden, Lift vorhanden, Parkplatz in nebenliegender kleinerer Tiefgarage ohne Zusatzkosten, kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn, sehr guter, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Kontakt zu Vermietern.
Negativ: Triesterstraße nebenan relativ laut, aber zum Schlafen bei geschlossenen Fenstern gar kein Problem.

sehr schönes geräumiges Appartment für einen Kurzurlaub
Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß, ausreichend für 4 Personen. Mit der Strassenbahn kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in den umliegenden Strassen. Bequemer Check-In per Schlüsselbox und Schlüssel für die Parkgarage. Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub - gerne wieder.

Home sweet home ❤️
Positiv: This apartment give us the feeling like our own home. The owner prepared everything that we needed. God’s grace if I have another chance to visit Vienna I will stay here. Strongly recommend for family with children or couples. Train services near to the apartment and it’s very convenient to go everywhere. Nearby market and eatery thumbs up👍. Vienna is one of my favorite destination in Europe ❤️, this is my 2nd visit to this beautiful country, last visit was as a couple and this trip with our beautiful kids 🥰, once again thanks Ms Dana 🫶🏻
Negativ: It’s better to provide floor mats in the toilet since it’s tile floor during winter the floor superb cold otherwise everything are good 👍

Positiv: Everything, check in was great the apartment located only 1 min walk from the tram station. As we arrived late Everything was closed but the owner left us some sweets & snacks and it was awesome. Thanks for that! And what to say? Everything was quite easy with the owner instructions, where to find supermarkets, apotheka, guide etc. The apartment super clean, well done to the cleaning lady!

A nice and comfortable apartment
Positiv: The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It is modern, bright and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had basic utensil for cooking (and everything that was available was of great quality). The area feels safe. There are a lot of supermarkets in the neighborhood, although I have not found them in advance on the map (Bila, Spar, Penny, Lidl). Tram No.1 stop is just near building corner. The host was responsive and immediately answered any of our questions.
Negativ: There were following aspects that I did not liked, but they have not impacted the overall impression: 1. The pre-checkin process - there were requested all card details, copy of the passport and a selfie photo. Too many personal details were requested in addition to the fact that payment was taken by Booking. I would prefer not to share card details on another platform than booking and if deposit is required probably this could have been managed through Booking too. 2. the design of the toilet and bathroom - they are separated from the corridor just by a opaque glass panel. This does not impact functionality, it is an issue of privacy only. (to avoid any misunderstanding - they are private one, within the apartment) 3. it is noisy in the apartment during the night - from the heating station when it was working, from the street nearby 4. It would be very helpful to have available a bigger knife (the existing one is very-very small, probably only 4-5 cm long) and a corkscrew

Excellent place for a group. Clean and very responsive host.
Positiv: Very clean and comfortable apartment. Just next to public transportation and a supermarket. Fully equipped.
Negativ: Entrance hallways could be looking better and maintained but of course it’s a communal area so not really dependent on the host. Simple re-painting could do the trick.
