Nett eingerichtete Wohnung - ideal für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Positiv: Absolut problemlose, kontaktlose Übergabe. Vermieter ist regelmäßig über Booking mit uns in Kontakt getreten. Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Stauraum. Parkgarage (Fremdanbieter Payuca, kostenpflichtig!) im Keller, war zwar sehr dunkel, aber dafür stand das Auto kühl und geschützt (vor allem vor den Tauben!) Lebensmittelketten fußläufig und auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war sehr gut.

Ideale Unterkunft für einen Wienbesuch

Positiv: Sehr gut, sauber, großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Negativ: Dass es kaum Cafés in der Gegend gab (kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür)

Positiv: Super sauber und modern, sehr viel Stauraum, die Möglichkeit zu Waschen, ruhige Umgebung, dunkle Jalousien, gute Anbindung an die Tram

Negativ: Es war nachts leider sehr warm trotz regelmäßigem Lüften, vielleicht gibt es die Möglichkeit noch eine mobile Klimaanlage bereitzustellen

A great experience!

Positiv: We had a lovely stay here! The place was new, modern, very clean and well-kept, which made it feel really comfortable from the start. It's located in a quiet area, so we could relax and sleep well at night. The location was easy to reach by car, with clear directions and parking available on site. Breakfast – fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. There were suficient options, and everything was nicely prepared. A big thank you to the host, who was super friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was ready for our stay and gave us great tips about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Positiv: We really liked the location (a few meters away is the tram stop, which takes you to the city center in a few minutes) The apartment has everything you need for your stay (plenty of kitchen utensils, hairdryer, soft towels, washing machine and dishwasher both with washing tablets) There is a garage in the basement of the building (14€ per day, easy to use with the app)

Negativ: The bed creaks when moving. It’s also a bit too soft. We had a problem with the blinds, we wrote to the host and got a quick reply that they would fix it, but they didn't do it until the end of our stay.

Definitely good value for money!

Positiv: Apartment exactly as displayed in pictures. Great hassle free check in process: love that doors open with code also which means one is not dependant on having a set of keys. Clean, well equiped, accomodating host, we asked for an iron board before arriving and host kindly accommodated that for us. Warm, cosy, running hot watter, no drainage issues, all great! Even better if: we arrived saturday night as flight was delayed, couldn't find shops open sunday afternoon so maybe giving the option to buy some coffee capsules and water to have when unable to purchase from local shops would make the experience even better. Will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay!

Positiv: Great apartment in Vienna! We stayed on the 4th floor, and the windows faced the courtyard, which provided peace and quiet. The sound insulation is excellent – no noise from the street or neighbors. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, iron, hairdryer, and even tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. Very convenient! Most of the main attractions can be easily reached by tram 1, which stops very close by. There are many shops around, though it's worth noting that they are closed on Sundays and on weekdays, they close at 7 PM. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family trip

Positiv: Everything. The location was perfect - near the bus stations, tram, trolley, and underground. It was very cozy and clean. We had no problems with the check in and check out. I definitely recommend this place

Negativ: There was nothing to dislike

Lovely flat at the door of Vienna

Positiv: It's a very lovely flat with many facilities, a sofa bed, a good shower and a nice dining area. It's located quite close to bus and train stop

Negativ: We had a very late check in and it seemed like they forgot to clean the flat after the previous renter checked out. After we flagged it through booking we had an efficient answer

Comfortable, modern and clean

Positiv: The accommodation was great! Well equipped, suitable for cooking and washing clothes in case of a longer stay. It is furnished as if someone were living there. Everything was comfortable, modern and clean. The location was also great, there are several shops within a two-minute walk, and it was also easy to get to the heart of the city by public transport.

Negativ: In the heat of the summer, there are two fans on the ceiling instead of an air conditioner. It's a good solution, but you have to make sure that the sun doesn't heat up the interior during the day. Electric blinds served a good purpose for this.
