Positiv: Nahe gelegene Straßenbahnverbindungen. Sehr liebevoll und ausgestattet eingerichtet.

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Super sauber und alles notwendige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Selbst an einen Föhn wurde gedacht und Kaffee

Negativ: Es war zwar Kaffee vorhanden aber leider nur 2 kapseln das könnten auch mehr sein oder eventuell eine andere Kaffee Maschine. Da ich mit 2 Kindern in der Wohnung war wäre es vielleicht toll wenn man tv Sender hätte und nicht nur netflix. Ansonsten war due Wohnung top

War perfekt.

Positiv: Sehr zentral, Straßenbahn 1 nicht weit. Damit kommt man in die Innenstadt. Übergabe sehr einfach und problemlos, dank ausführlicher Informationen per Mail. Schöne Wohnung gut ausgestattet.

Negativ: Ein Safe wäre schön.

Positiv: The apartment is right next to the train stop (a 2-minute walk), which was very convenient for getting to the city center. The apartment is clean and nice. Easy check-in. There is a supermarket next to the apartment.

Negativ: Due to the apartment’s proximity to the main street where the train stop is located, it was quite noisy when the windows were open. Closing the windows helped reduce the noise, but it caused another problem — it became too hot in the apartment. We had to open the windows regularly, and without doing that, it was barely possible to sleep. Additionally, the mattress was too soft for us (we prefer medium-firm mattresses), so we ended up sleeping in the living room instead.

Clean, good value for money, direct link to the city center, no place to eat in the area

Positiv: - I liked that we had everything we needed for a family. - We had anything in the kitchen to cook a breakfast - We had 2 beds, because the sofa could be extended. I don't know how we could have manage without two beds with our 3 year old child - The apartment was clean - The location had direct link to the center of the city and the station was close. To the center with the tram the ride lasts around 30 minutes - We had groceries stores nearby and one Lidl - Good value for money

Negativ: - The location had many immigrants from Muslim countries who were not dangerous or something, but there was a lot of garbage on the streets . Haven't seen who had thrown the garbage, I just assume - there were not too many restaurants in the area to hang or to spend some while. Always at dinner we ordered because we did not feel safe to come home after dark and also because there were not possibilities close by - we ordered either from a pizza place or from a kebab restaurant which was very tasty - we checked in at 15 and because we reached Vienna earlier we had to find someplace to stay with all the luggage. There was no possibility to leave the luggage at least at the apartment. They did not even suggest it.

Positiv: Great location, close to the center. The rooms are nice and clean. Very nice bathroom.

Negativ: The bed could be less soft.

Negativ: Need short-term parking for luggage pick-up. The dishwasher does not work correctly.

Positiv: Great little flat, everything there, shops around the corner and 2 minn to a tram stop. Great for cycling or connection to public transport. We recommend that place
