Stylish 1BR Escape

Perfekt!

Positiv: Es war alles bestens. Türen werden mit Türcode geöffnet. Man ist flexibel bei der Anreise. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgesattet. Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und allem was man zum Kochen benötigt. Lift vorhanden. Straßenbahn liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse (trotzdem sehr leise) mit der man direkt ins Zentrum fahren kann ohne umsteigen zu müssen. Würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen! Kann sie nur weiterempfehlen, man fühlt sich wohl und kann nichts falsch machen.

Negativ: Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten, evtl 2 Wassergläser mehr wäre gut, mehr Haken im Bad und in der Toilette einen damit man ein Handtuch aufhängen kann.

Positiv: Straßenbahn zum Karlsplatz direkt um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nebenstraße. Decken Ventilatoren in beiden Zimmern.

Negativ: Wir konnten den Fernsehers nicht auf TV stellen (vom Vormieter war die Sprache auf ukrainisch gestellt, Netflix und co waren aber problemlos)

Positiv: Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und alles hat funktioniert. Auf Nachfrage haben wir kurzfristig noch ein Kinderbett und einen Stuhl erhalten.

Negativ: Die Lage ist okay, man kommt mit der Tram schnell in die Stadt. Vor Ort gibt es wenig sehenswertes.

schönes City-Studio, optimaler Ausgangspunkt für einen Trip nach Wien!

Positiv: Die Nähe zur Strassenbahn (ca. 3min zu Fuss), viele Geschäfte des tägl. Bedarfs (Lidl, Hofer, DM, Spar, Penny) auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, exzellente Erreichbarbarkeit des Gastgebers, freundliche und verbindliche Kommunikation, Check-in sehr einfach und gut erklärt, guter Ausstattungsstandard, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Ventilatoren an der Decke (haben sehr geholfen bei 30Grad+-Aussentemperatur), Badewanne! :), WC und Bad getrennt, Aufzug, ein schönes City-Studio, optimaler Ausgangspunkt für einen Stadttrip Wien!

Overall a decent and comfortable stay

Positiv: Very Clean apartment. Thoughtfully planned and stocked as per the need and the number of guests. Necessary household equipment available in the apartment.

Positiv: Nice and clean, cimfortable and fully equipped apartment. Quiet location, with loot of markets nearby, tram stop just around the corner.

Good location & clean apartment

Positiv: The location was easy to find and it was also easy to enter the property. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There also toiletries available even if it wasn’t mentioned in the description. The location has also several groacery stores nearby.

Negativ: It is very hot in the apartment and the sun is shining directly on the sofa bed in the morning making difficult to sleep. Some thermal or blackout curtains would be appreciated in the living room. Regarding the parking, the information provided by the host (even if we asked several times) was limited. The only information we received was to look at parken.at and there we couldn’t find parking nearby. It is quite strange when on the description is written parking garage and there is in fact one under the building.

Positiv: The house was so clean. Very close to tram station.

Positiv: Very clean apartmant, the location is good, close to the metro and tram lines, 15 min aprox.to the city centar. Kitchen is well equiped, good wifi connection, comfi bads, and what is the most important for me, the street is very quiet, and the area is safe. Easy check in/check out. Also, great thing is that there is an iron and the hairdryer.

Negativ: I have no complaints.

Great stay in Vienna

Positiv: The apartment was small but very comfortable, cozy, clean, and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary essentials. The owner was highly responsive and helpful. The tram station is conveniently located close to the building, and it takes approximately 20 minutes by tram to reach the city center.

Negativ: It's a great choice for a maximum of two people and better suited for a short stay, as the space is quite small. However, we were more than satisfied with our time there.
