Positiv: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber , neuwertig und gut ausgestattet . Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.

Neues Apartement mit guter Austattung
Positiv: Apartement in neu erbautem Gebäude, sehr gute Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Föhn, Shampoo, Duschgel, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, etc)
Negativ: Zimmer innenhofseitig ohne Straßenlärm, dafür laute und lange Gespräche hörbar

Positiv: Very neat and clean and loved how this property was maintained so well. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay!

We were quite happy with accommodation. Clean, good location, good communication with host
Positiv: Very clean, good communication with host. Good location, tram and bust stations 3 minutes from the apartment and a very quiet area (apartment 19, looking at inner yard, almost no noise). One of the 3 of us is a smoker, so apartment having a balcony was very convenient (checked with the host if smoking is permitted, received very quick confirmation, provided that the door is closed and no smoke enters the apartment). A lot of shops in the neighborhood, if you want to make your own breakfast or buy coffee and other basics (Spar, Hofer, Billa, Lidl). Kitchen equipped with all you might need, as well as the bathroom. Having ironing facilities was a bonus:)
Negativ: It was a bit too warm in the apartment, I had a feeling that heating was on throughout the night, but that's just me - some people love sleeping in the warm room:). The sofa was a bit hard for sleeping, but we stayed for 4 nights and that was not such a big issue.

Positiv: Its a very clean, quite, comfortable and fully equipped appartment. Communication with owner is fast, smooth and pleasure. Transport connection the historical part of the city is good. Grocery stores and parks , sport grounds for daily use are nearby. I recommend to stay here.

It was a comfortable stay in a perfect location, with excellent communication from the host.
Positiv: I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The main reason I chose it was the location, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations — very convenient and close to everything I needed. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-furnished, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a nice collection of books, which added a cozy and homely touch. I would definitely stay here again!

Positiv: The apartment was very clean, bright, had two balconies, and was very easy to check in and out. 3 min walk to the tram that goes to the center, so good location too. It was very quiet and very homely, with a microwave, iron, coffee machine etc. The overall experience was great, I recommend the apartment.
Negativ: The one downside was the region in which the apartment is situated as it is close to a train station. Nevertheless, the transport to the center is so close, one could spend all day in the center and not wander in that region.

Positiv: lovely apartment well equipped. comfy bed. Nice to have a balcony. just a short walk to tram stop to town
Negativ: very small pillow and an extra one was not supplied despite request. very hot even with windows open in October when not hot outside
