Positiv: Apartment hat eine gute Größe mit einem Balkon und ist modern ausgestattet, mit Microwelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, ... Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb jedoch fährt die Straßenbahn vor der Haustür in das Zentrum.
Negativ: Wie schon mehrere bemängelten ist das Bett sehr sehr weich, für Erwachsen zu weich, man kommt kaum aus dem Bett, das Sofa ist zwar billig jedoch weitaus bequemer zu schlafen.

Great value for the money. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Vienna.
Positiv: Apartment was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. Inside, it was clean and tidy. It has all the necessary amenities to accommodate our stay. The property looks well maintained, and you get the feeling that you are staying in a comfortable hotel suite. Nearby, there are plenty of food markets, and you also have access to public transport that can take you to the city center. Please note that outdoor parking during the working week is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. There is a garage in the building, which you can pay for via a special app, up to €14 per day. However, capacity is limited, and you can only reserve a space 30 minutes in advance.
Negativ: The heating was a bit too strong, and since we couldn’t adjust it, we had to open the windows to make it a bit cooler. Other than that, everything was fine.

Positiv: Really helpful hosts, always available via chat. The location is perfect. Just 2 minutes from the flat there is the tram station 1, which brings you directly to the city every few minutes.
Negativ: The bed was very soft and not comfortable, but other than that, everything was nice.

Positiv: 159 / 5.000 I liked the location. Everything you need is nearby. The owner is really responsible. He responds relatively quickly to every inquiry. The apartment was clean and spacious. It s very functional.
Negativ: The only thing I didn't like was that it was too warm. It really needs air conditioning. They have fans, but that's not enough when it's very hot outside.

Great location and clean cozy appartment.
Positiv: Very clean, beautiful little appartment with great facilities. Linen and towels provided. So close to supermarkets and public transport. Perfect for a stay in Vienna. Would stay here again!
Negativ: Nothing really to complain about. One side of the bed a bit squeaky and maybe instructions how to set up tv.

Positiv: Everything was super clean, new, and comfortable. Kitchen has almost everything that might be needed. Very good location, close to bus/tram stop and shops.
Negativ: The bed is very soft therefore impossible to sleep, you just have to buy harder mattress because on this one is no way to get rest and sleep. So we slept in another room on sofa. Even if it is smaller and narrow there more chance to sleep. Also coil in bathroom didn't work. Buy maybe we didn't know how to turn on it properly.

Best place to stay
Positiv: Easy check-in. Nice modern new flat. You have everything you need. We had a great time in Vienna. Thanks a lot.
Negativ: We are not used to such a very warm apartment. But we opened the window. :)

Very good
Positiv: Everything was perfect- clean, new, comfortable . A really good option for self check-in, no stress because of late arrival, good communication with the manager
Negativ: The only thing we didn’t enjoy- it was very hot, not possible to sleep without opened windows. I turned off the regulator in the kitchen but it remained 26C all the time.
