Positiv: Die Lage ist toll und für einen Städtetrip mit Teenies ideal. Auch mit den beiden Räumen als Schlafzimmer hat es super funktioniert.
Negativ: Kein Handtuchhalter für Handhandtuch und keine Duschablage für Seife, kein Schreibtisch.

Alles super!
Positiv: Großartige Lage. Sehr zentral, alles in der Innenstadt ist super schnell zu erreichen. Tipp: Restaurant direkt am Judenplatz mit Österreichischen Tapas. Ein Gebnuss! Wer will, kann sich nach vermutlich 25 km Fußmarsch durch Wien aus der Kneipe nebenan noch ein Feierabendbier mit hoch nehmen 👍😉 Wir waren begeistert! Zweites Bett ist Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Aber da wir eh ständig unterwegs waren, überhaupt kein Problem. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, schönes Badezimmer. Tipp: Unserer Erfahrung nach lohnt sich das Frühstück in Cafés nicht - zumindest nicht für 90 € für 4 Personen. Besser in der Wohnung frühstücken oder wie wir am zweiten Tag in einem Park am Naschmarkt das frisch eingekaufte Frühstück schmecken lassen - wenn’s Wetter passt, versteht sich 😉
Negativ: Wir haben die Kaffeemaschine nicht gefunden bzw erst nach dem Suchen gemerkt, dass das wohl der Behälter zum Durchdrücken sein soll.

Wir würden das Appartement immer wieder buchen.
Positiv: Die Lage war toll! Innenstadt, aber sehr ruhig. Nette Restaurants und vieles fussläufig zu erreichen. Für 2 Personen großzügiges Appartement. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, was für einen schönen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird.
Negativ: Da muss man schon suchen. Die Einrichtung war ein bisschen viel Ikea. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Es hat die Qualität des Urlaubes nicht beeinflusst.

We would stay there again!
Positiv: It’s in a perfect location! And having access to a kitchen for home cooked meals!
Negativ: The heating was too warm for our comfort during the nights.

Positiv: 1. This room is managed via an online check in process so it gave me a lot of re-assurance that I won't be stuck outside trying to figure out keys or waiting for my host. 2. Room is sufficiently big. It is also reasonably priced for the location. The room overall was clean 3. Has a high chair so very friendly for family. Judenplatz is also quite a quiet square at night
Negativ: 1. Now, the key to access the apartment was hidden underneath the doormat. Host could do better by at least providing a lockbox outside the apartment. 2. Note - your taxi won't be able to access the Judenplatz. So you need to wheel your luggages through approx 5 mins of cobbled walkway to reach the apartment. Be prepared for that! 3. I can't help but notice the astronomical amount of electrical sockets available in the place! I wonder what the place used to be 4. The lift is so small. I had to do 2 lift trips every day - one with me and the pram, and the other with my wife and my other kid. My pram would graze the lift door when closing 5. Deliveries to the ground floor shops start early, so do close the bedroom windows or be awaken by lorries and slamming doors at about 7am in the morning 6. The sofa is a sofa bed - I tried coverting it back to a sofa but somehow it just sinked in everytime i sat into the sofa.

The best apartment
Positiv: Excellent location of the apartment, 100m from the Am Hof garage. Everything is close. We would choose this accommodation again.
Negativ: The host is overloaded with work, he was not polite on the phone.
