Beautiful Apartment city center

Positiv: Das Apartment war im tip top Zustand und sehr sauber. Kleine Küche zum vorbereiten kleiner Mahlzeiten. Sehr zentrale Location.

Positiv: I had a fantastic stay — everything was perfect! The place felt like home, and the host was kind and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again. 😊

Vienna Stay

Positiv: The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance to most major attractions. The apartment is a good size, with a comfortable bed and basic kitchen. The bathroom is a good size with good water pressure from the shower. Communication from booking to departure was good with prompt responses to my queries. Compared to other accommodation in Vienna the apartment was good value for money for something so centrally located.

Negativ: There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the main building that the apartment is in, and this permeates through to the apartment. With no opening window it was not possible to air the apartment out to get rid of the smell. The main building itself is very enclosed and would benefit from air purifiers to refresh the air. This apartment is definitely run as a business, when I enquired whether the apartment was ready 30mins-1 hour before check-in time I was advised I could pay an early check-in fee. I would understand this if I was looking to check in a few hours prior, but not 30-60 mins prior.

Perfect location, clean spacious room.

Positiv: The location is perfect, right in the historical center. It's a very calm area. I would like to thank the host for the coffee they left for us. Overall the place is good and good value for the paid money.

Negativ: The only thing I didn't like is that the apartment is below the ground floor and the windows are looking straight to the road and basically, there is no view from the windows. But I think, given the location it's fine.

Terrific location for a simple apartment to meet all our needs in Vienna.

Positiv: The location of this property was fabulous! We were easily able to walk anywhere in the old city center of Vienna and able to reach the subway stop and public transportation for outlying sites easily. The location on Judenplatz was an added bonus, a beautiful quiet square with a lovely beer pub a few steps away and a bakery/coffee shop right down the narrow cobblestone pedestrian street that connects with the plaza. Communication, accommodations and service were great.

Negativ: With the apartment being on the ground floor, I hadn't realized before our stay that the full length windows were clouded out for privacy. This was disappointing as there was no window that you could see through.

Negativ: l'unica pecca è stato il letto con cuscini e materassi un po' scomodi, ma niente di che

Positiv: Gayet temiz ve merkezi bir yerde. Evde her şey çalışıyordu. Kesinlikle bu fiyata uygun bir yer.

Negativ: Odanın camı sokağa bakıyordu gece çok soğuk geliyordu ve sabah geçen bütün araçların insanların sesi geliyordu.

Positiv: Ottima e centrale posizione che consentiva di raggiungere comodamente I principali siti di interesse a piedi. Struttura molto pulita e ben curata.

Negativ: Segnalo solo la presenza di un paio di scalini per accedere all’appartamento. Sarebbe stato, inoltre, carino far trovare delle cialde per la macchina del caffè.

Really beautiful location, ordinary room.

Positiv: The location of this apartment is certainly the best thing about it. It's in the 1st Bezirk, in a gorgeous and wonderfully-maintained courtyard. Marvelous cafés, bars, and restaurants by the dozens are close by. The nearby shops are the most elegant in the city, if you have a ton of money to spend.

Negativ: The room was otherwise quite ordinary, but comfortable enough, with a good bed. We could not get the Braun coffee-maker to work despite much effort and resorting to YouTube for instructions; we suppose it was broken. Later we did find a regular filter-type maker in the cupboard. The shower was the flimsy type very common in Europe, which for us is tricky and even risky to enter and exit. The room directly abutted the beautiful street/courtyard, but was the sealed glass doors on that side are covered in translucent white plastic, so there is no view at all, as though we were in a florescent-lit basement. A window equipped with blinds would have been fantastic. The owner should consider building a suitable window, which would add a lot, I think, to the price that could be charged. The apartment is right at ground level, so architecting a window that would still provide privacy would admittedly be a challange. The nearest metro station is a bit of a walk, but still the location is wonderful.
