Historic Heart Apartment Vienna

Positiv: Wunderschönes Appartement in exzellenter Lage .Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Negativ: Wir sind spät abends angereist ,es wäre toll ,wenn morgens Kaffe vorhanden wäre im Appartement. Mussten dann einen Supermarkt aufsuchen .

Positiv: Die Lage war super, die Räumlichkeiten sehr angenehm.

Positiv: Small apartment with just enough for a short to moderate stay. There's a washing machine that works great, just needs a firm hand and a bit of fiddling with. Warm when heaters are on, big windows, separate bathroom, just enough space for 3 to spread out some.

Negativ: Only stairs up to the first floor. Other apartments are relatively close and any parties echo through the shared space quite loudly. The walk in robe is huge but so musty it just can't be used.

I would do it again

Positiv: Really in the center. Nice restaurants around the corner. Super clean.

Negativ: for the price I guess that it could not be better.

Value for Money and good location

Positiv: Location is best and Facilities was good in apartment.

Negativ: There is no lift but good it's only on first floor.

Exceptionally clean, in the heart of the city

Positiv: The apartment is right in the heart of the city. we only used transportation once during our stay. It is spacious. Ideal for 2 people, ok for 3, a bit crowded for 4. It was spotless. one of the cleanest rooms i've ever stayed at. bathroom was also bigger than most.

Negativ: Universal check out is at noon. at this place it is at 10 am. We were told we can't leave our bags either. late check out is 30€ and that's untill noon. most strict and weird property i've been in. Also the hot water pressure was too low.

Positiv: Central position, in a quiet area. Cozy and clean and with all necessities bathroom and kitchen wise. As seen in the pictures, it is a kitchenette so can’t expect pots and pans as in a personal home.

Positiv: La posizione favolosa per visitare la città, appartamento ben attrezzato.

Genel olarak keyifli, merkezi ve temiz.

Positiv: Konum ve iç mimari güzeldi. Kullanışlı bir daire. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli.

Negativ: Odanın o güzel pencereleri apartman boşluğuna bakıyor ve dün ışığını direk görmüyor. Saç kurutma makinesi yok. Ama hepsinden öte en çok 1-2 saat önce check-in yapma talebimize ücret talebiyle dönülmeseydi.
