I recomand this property for a leisure in vienna
Positiv: Everything was ok It located at 5 minutes near metro station, you have a lot of opportunities for public transportation The flat it’s new, equipped with everything for family - 2 adults and 3 children
Negativ: The living sofa was a little bit uncomfortable, but not so inconvenient. And the sofa from the bedroom must be replaced with a higher one, because looks like you are sleeping on the floor.

Great place, I would rent it again.
Positiv: Great location, close to two metro lines and multiple shops, supermarkets, fast food and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for a stay with kids.

A cosy spacious flat within easy reach of public transport
Positiv: The apartment is light and spacious, and located in a nice modern building. It has a bathtub, so you can have a bath and relax after walking around the city. We found all the necessary equipment and dishware. A tram stop and a metro station are within a couple of minutes' walking, which was really convenient.

Our stay at MEVERLING Lemon 4 was exceptionally comfortable, stylish, and perfect for a family city
Positiv: We stayed at MEVERLING Lemon 4 in Vienna as a family with two children, and we were truly delighted with our choice. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos – beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and even a washing machine, which was very useful during our stay. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and a nice view of the city from the terrace. The apartment had thoughtful touches like streaming services, quality towels and linens, and a very comfortable seating area for relaxing after a day in the city. Everything matched the description perfectly.
Negativ: The only minor inconvenience we encountered was a slight smell coming from the bathroom at times. However, once we aired out the space, it disappeared quickly. There was also some noise during the day from a nearby construction site, mostly from a bulldozer/excavator. This didn’t affect our sleep but was noticeable during the daytime. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would definitely return!

Alojamiento muy agradable que hizo nuestra estancia en Viena memorable.
Positiv: Propietario excelente y siempre disponible para responder cualquier duda. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de metro y autobús y a pocas paradas de los lugares de interés. Apartamento cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Supermercado y restaurantes de comida para llevar muy cerca.

Almost perfect, but missed the mark in a simple way
Positiv: The apartment is modern-looking, with lots of counter-top space for cooking, and an updated stove, oven, and laundry facilities. There is an air conditioner, Euro-style windows and doors (they either open or, if you turn the handle more, crack open the other way). It's a place that I could imagine a single person or couple living in quite comfortably!
Negativ: There is no shower door or curtain, so every time you shower, water splashes out onto the floor and walls. I informed the owners in August 2025, so let's see how long it takes to get this fixed. This is just asking for a mold problem!
