Positiv: super große Wohnung mit perfekter Aufteilung alles war sehr unkompliziert

Positiv: Plenty of space, 10/10 clean, secure and nice residential location, close to transportation, very comfortable beds, warm apartment during winter, free parking, perfect for families or group of friends. We stayed twice here and we would anytime choose it again.

Negativ: some tea and more coffee capsules available in location would make any stay 120% perfect!

Positiv: Very clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. You have everything you need and a parking spot at the garage. Very convenient and cozy apartment for a nice stay in Vienna. We will have it as our place when we come back again.

Good location and accomodation. Very good experience.

Positiv: The property is very nice. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. 2 bedrooms with nice, big, comfortable beds. Good noise- insolation. Fully equipped kitchen. The location is also very good: 3 minutes to the subway, 4 to the bus-station. You have public transportation to all important sights within reach. You have access to supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries right around the corner. From parking pov, the parking spot is good, secure and easy to find. The staff gave all the important information in due time and with proper explanations.

Negativ: Unfortunately 2 sets of keys were not available. This would have made the stay a bit easier as there were 4 of us, that did not always travel together. However this was not a big impediment.

Positiv: Everyting was awesome. Flat is very cozy. New furniture, new building, silent backyard, easy access garage, new pan new saucepan, new glasses was very good. Also have two fans. Enough for cooling. Large size tv also good. If i lived in vienna i would live in this cozy home forever. Highly recommended

Positiv: El apartamento estaba muy bien presentado, limpio, cómodo.

Negativ: El wi fi tenia problemas y no era de lo mejor, al menos mientras nos toco nuestra estadia

Fantasztikus, csak ajánlani tudom!

Positiv: Minden rendelkezésre állt a lakásban. Gyönyörű tisztaság fogadott és nagyon ízléses berendezés. Nagyon jó helyen van, tömegközlekedéshez közel, csendes környéken.

Positiv: Le calme du quartier, le confort du lit, la décoration, la propreté, le garage compris ….on se sentait à la maison

Negativ: Un peu plus de vaisselle serai appréciable, petites tasses à café par exemple, plats, éplucheur…

Positiv: Everything was verry nice, the host was verry friendly and asked all my question verry fast. Apartament was pretty clean, good position and got everything we need. You got 2 bathrooms(one with sink and toilet, and the other one with bathub and sink-THERE IS A TOILET JUST IN ONE BATHROOM, NOT IN THE BOTH OF THEM. The garage is verry nice, and it’s good you have a good parking place at the property without any extra fees. The design ans structure of the apartament is verry nice. The flat looks like in the pictures, even better I would say.

Negativ: There is an ashtray on the balcony and I supposed that it is allowed to smoke, later, when I checked the listing on booking again I was seeing that the smoking is not allowed on balcony and I didnt understand why is not allowed and why there is an ashtray. The rule about not smoking is not verry visible on booking, I didnt saw it at first. But as long as I am an ocassional smoker, for me, it wasnt a problem.
