Positiv: Super clean, modern and beds super comfy. Cosy and warm inside, amazing space for a family.

Negativ: Probably just having 1 toilet only if you are a group of people. Be aware the place is not in the city centre but still super well connected to everywhere. I loved that it was more of a residential area.

A spotless, well-equipped apartment in a perfect location

Positiv: Our experience at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. The check-in and check-out was smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay again on our next trip!

Excellent apartment - would highly recommend

Positiv: I highly recommend this apartment. It was so quiet as you could not hear any noise outside with the windows closed, although they were knocking a building down nearby. It was very clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was very hot whilst we were in Vienna however the fans provided were really good at keeping it cool at night. Great contact from the owner. It is in a fab location for getting around as both ubahn and sbahn stations nearby - 4 stops on ubahn to Karlsplatz, 2 stops to Schonbrunn.

Negativ: Nothing. It would've been useful to have a full-length mirror.

Positiv: Everything was perfect in the apartment! It was a mix of modern charm and classic elegance. The rooms are very spacious and the whole apartment complex was very nice and clean! It had everything we might have needed and more! The location was great also , only 6-7 minutes by foot to the metro station and only a couple blocks away from some very nice bakeries! All together I would book this property again in a heartbeat!

Positiv: Excellent apartment in Vienna for a large family! Fully equipped for long-term stay. My family and I really liked everything. Thanks to the owner for a wonderful time spent in Vienna!!! 1. Excellent communication with the owner; 2. Two excellent bedrooms and a large living room; 3. Well-equipped kitchen; 4. Two balconies; 5. Warm, clean, good beds with comfortable mattresses; 6. Lots of shops and cafes nearby (not only kebab!!!); 7. Quite quiet for a busy area.

Negativ: Not close to the center. But the transport works well. 10 minutes walk to the metro and another 10-15 minutes to the city center. It's a bit dirty on the street, but that's everywhere in Europe now(((

Wonderful apartment

Positiv: Very nice accommodation, lovely clean, well equipped, a short walk from the metro, many restaurants, cafes, shops nearby.

Negativ: Unfortunately the previous guests ignored the checkout so we were able to check in at 3pm instead of 7pm, which is not pleasant with small children, but the host is not to blame for that. However, the cleaning lady was helpful and told us where to go for coffee and food in the meantime.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are supermarkets and restaurants. The house is newly built

Positiv: The location was perfect. It wasn’t in the old town but very close to the metro. Very comfortable, clean, with beautiful decor and fully equipped, paying attention even to the details. Excellent value for money.

Negativ: I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Positiv: Prostrane sobe, udobni kreveti, čisto, odlična komunikacija sa vlasnicima, blizina gradskog prevoza, parking na 5 min peške, prodavnica na 3 min, pekara na 2 min, apoteka prekoputa, restoran na 2 min. Sve najbolje preporuke za ovaj apartman

Positiv: Everything was fine. The property had everything we needed for our stay. There are several supermarkets and great bakery nearby. I recommend the place.

Positiv: Fotky zodpovedajú skutočnosti, super čistota, priestranný, pohodlný, s terasou na rannú kávu, apartmán bol pripravený na ubytovanie, skvelá lokalita, v blízkosti výbornej talianskej reštaurácie a burger baru. Parkovisko je v blízkosti ubytovania.
