Positiv: Teebeutel und befüllter Kaffeevollautomat waren super...

Negativ: Recht viel Staub und verschmierte Spiegel. Geschirrspüler müsste mal entkalkt werden, dann wäre das Geschirr auch ansehnlicher. Sonst alles sauber und ordentlich!

Positiv: Die Lage, moderne Einrichtung, unkomplizierter Check In

Negativ: Das Bett im Zimmer ein bisschen klein (kurz) Dusche nicht ganz sauber

Ideal for visiting the city and warming up at the end of the day

Positiv: The structure was really warm and comfortable, with the metro station very close and connecting it to the whole city

Lovely flat with great heating and location.

Positiv: Lovely coffee machine, warm, great location, great kitchen, friendly host and clean flat.

Negativ: The only bad thing I could possibly think about this place is there could be a soft close toilet lid. Which isn’t really a big deal at all.

Great experience

Positiv: The apartment was on the first floor, spotless, quiet, and all necessary equipment is available, convenient location to the metro, 5 minutes to supermarkets nearby

Positiv: Very well located apartment close to metro and rail links. Clean, comfortable and quiet, with easy access.

Negativ: Two single duvets on the double bed. Probably too small to take more than 2 people.

Great experience needing some minor improvements

Positiv: Great location, couldn’t be better, quiet at night. Basic kitchen necessities like sugar, salt, oil were already in the kitchen.

Negativ: Cleanliness (dust on the kitchen ventilation, crumbs on the table …) Apartment is practically a studio - the bedroom is not really separated from the rest of the place. We don’t have any idea how to fit 4 people into the apartment since we couldn’t extend the couch.

Nice clean apartment

Positiv: Quiet, nice apartment Very close to metro, very easy to reach city center by train.

Negativ: Air conditioning not working, there is a small radiator and we had to open it 24 hours to warm inside, however first day was a bit cold. The house is a little bit far away (around 3km) from center you have to use metro.

I encourage anyone to give this property a try. I'm sure you'll love it as we did

Positiv: Great location. Very comfortable and cozy apartment. Underfloor heating was a plus. Heating and ventilation options available (very quiet AC, air heaters) Also the espresso machine with built-in grinder for coffee beans was a very pleasant surprise The property administrator was very responsive and very nice Self check-in / check-out with contactless keys stored in code protected mini locker near the entrance Samsung smart TV with all the common streaming apps installed (kids loved it) The shower and the toilet are located in separate rooms. Beneficial for a family of 4 at times :)

A modern freshly renovated apartment in Vienna 12. district

Positiv: A very nice, modern, cosy, freshly renovated little apartment in Vienna 12. district. It is well connected (both metro lines U4 and U6 are near by), Schoenbrunn, Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Strasse are walking distance. The apartment is clean, kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable, bathroom has shower. The hosts were very friendly. Before we arrived, they brought a baby bed to the apartment. Check in and check out went smooth, the instructions were sent by email on time. We enjoyed very much our Vienna stay.

Negativ: We liked the apartment and hospitality of our hosts. No comments on dislikes. We can only recommend this cosy apartment.
