Positiv: Alles war schön modern und gemütlich. Die Kühe war super ausgestattet. Ich kann die Wohnung nur mit vollen Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die U Bahn satiation war auch super nahe und die Lage ist einfach perfekt

Negativ: Leide war im Kühlschrank kein Gefrierschrank aber das ist nicht so wichtig

Positiv: Sehr gut angebunden (U4/U6 in fünf Minuten Gehzeit), problemloser Check-in und Check-out, sehr sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet

Schönes Apartement mit unkomplizierter Abwicklung und gute Lage.

Positiv: Tolles Apartement, alles da, was man braucht. Klimaanlage, Bad und WC separat, geräumiger Kühlschrank, Duschgel/Shampoo/Seife/genügend Handtücher vor Ort, Staubsauger, Reinigungsuntensilien… Lage zur U4 und U6 super, in 5-10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

Negativ: Zweites Bett - Ausziehsofa nicht besonders rückenfreundlich. Nachbarn oberhalb ziemlich gut hörbar. (Getrampel und poltern)

Positiv: perfekte Lage. Erdgeschoss. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Man kann die Temperatur selbst einstellen. Sehr angenehm die Bodenheizung. Preis - Leistung super.

Negativ: Weil die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist, wurde zum Schutz eine Milchglas bei den Scheiben montiert. Man sieht also nicht hinaus. Dafür sieht auch niemand hinein.

Good value for the money

Positiv: Clean house, comfy beds, good walking distance from U4/U6 Excellent for 2 adults and 2 kids

Negativ: Bathroom was a bit smelly but that is more of a building issue rather than the apartment.

Positiv: Super clean and nice apartment, easy to communicate with hosts. All necessary facilities provided. Getting keys from box is easy if you carefully follow instruction sent by hosts.

Negativ: Internet was slow, sometimes didn't work in the evening. Location is kinda far from the center but close to metro so it was not a big issue.

Positiv: Very nice and modern flat, cold even in hot weather. Comfortable for 4. Smooth check-in and out process.

Negativ: The bathroom sink is a bit too high (for me:), there could be more bins or preferable bins for plastic and paper.

Comfortable stay worth the price

Positiv: Very good location. Near public transport. The bed was very comfortable. The windows isolate the outside noise. The apartment is modern.

Negativ: We arrived at 15:00 and the cleaning staff was still there. We had to wait and we were very tired because we had arrived from 2 days of flights and my boyfriend had a work meeting at 15:15. I would also add a strainer and a grater to the kitchen.

Positiv: All the amenities make you feel like you are home. You have everything you need. Also clean and warm in the winter.

Very good property for a good value. We’ll go again here if we will go to Vienna

Positiv: AC, the shower, the bed, the dishwasher with tablets, the coffee machine with coffee beans

Negativ: A little dusty in the property
