Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war perfekt, die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Schlüssel war mit der anleitenden Mail sehr leicht und zu jeder Zeit der Anreise erreichbar.

Negativ: Die Wohnung war bei den herrschenden winterlichen Temperaturen sehr fußkalt. Das Haus war im Treppenhaus nicht sonderlich einladend. Es herrscht Renovierungsbedarf

Positiv: Die schöne stilvolle Ausstattung hat mir sehr gefallen, es war sehr sauber, die Küche sehr komplett mit Tees und allem drum und dran. die Lage Nahe des Hauptbahnhofs und neben dem Columbusplatz, das Appartement ist ausgezeichnet angebunden.

Negativ: Die Temperatur im Bad, besonders der Boden, war trotz aufgedrehter Heizung sehr kühl.

Perfekte Location für einen Wienaufenthalt

Positiv: Perfekte Ausstattung. Nicht nur dass alles Erdenkliche vorhanden war, vom Eierkocher über den Toaster und den Kaffeevollautomaten bis hin zum Zahnstocher; es gab sogar zwei Sorten von Speiseöl im Küchenschrank. Alles mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail zusammengestellt.

Negativ: Schwer zu sagen!

Ich fühlte mich Super und würde es immer wieder buchen.

Positiv: Vom HBF Wien ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt.

Negativ: Mir hat alles super gefallen aber ich verstehe nicht wieso man kostenlosen Flughafen Transfer auf der HP anbietet dann aber nicht buchen kann. Zum Gastgeber kann man nicht viel sagen. Kurzer Nachrichten Austausch für Check In - Check Out

Positiv: Tolle Ausstattung / unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe / sehr sauber / U-Bahn in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar

Positiv: The apartment is amazing, super clean, comfortable, close to the central train station, easy access to the airport, lost of shops and restaurants nearby. It's the most equipped apartment I've ever been to, and I travel a lot. You really have everything you could possibly need during your stay. We really felt like home. The host was amazing, helpful, responsive, kind, flexible. It was self check in, we booked on a short notice and we could check in basically immediately.

Spacious, quiet, clean, in a great location close to public transport, shops and supermarkets

Positiv: Spacious, quiet, clean apartment, great location, close to several supermarkets (Hofer, Lidl and Billa; tram around the corner (goes to Hauptbahnhof), U-Bahn station Keplerplatz about 6 mins walk.

Negativ: Instructions about releasing the keys from their lock were not clear but a person quickly came to sort it out. When you depart, you leave the keys in the apartment, which means you don’t have the fob for the lift. Don’t take the cramped spiral stairs; go to the left of the elevator and you’ll see the stairs ahead of you.

Excellent location, apartment spotless

Positiv: Excellent location, quiet, apartment very clean, kitchen well equipped, good shower, everything needed is there ( coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, tissue, …), excellent wi-fi, owner very responsive.

Negativ: The bed is very creaky, mattress too hard ( personal preference)
